Before founding Mill Valley Roofing in 2005, Marcus spent 12 years as a storm damage adjuster for one of the nation's largest insurance carriers. He saw firsthand how homeowners were left waiting for weeks after devastating storms, often dealing with contractors who cut corners or disappeared mid-job.
That experience lit a fire. Marcus assembled a team of the best roofers in California, invested in emergency response vehicles and equipment, and built a company around one simple promise: when the storm hits, we show up fast and we do it right.
Today, Mill Valley Roofing employs 35 certified roofing professionals and has completed over 4,200 projects across Metro Mill Valley. Marcus personally trains every crew lead and reviews every insurance claim to ensure homeowners receive the full coverage they deserve.
